The ingredients are Toasted English Muffin, Sautéed Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Tomatoes, Poached Eggs, Fresh Hollandaise Sauce, Paprika and who lotta Love. As you all know, I’m a presentation person. When I get my food and its artistically prepared, Everything is placed in the right place, CREATIVELY!!!…You got me in a major way. Food presentation is a key part of my dining experience. Color is an integral part of food presentation, evoking emotions and setting the tone for the dining experience. Vibrant hues can create a sense of freshness and excitement, while muted tones convey elegance and sophistication. It doesn’t matter if its breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I also had this Breakfast with a side of Southern Style Grits and I am so happy to report to you that this meal really tickled my fancy. The Sautéed spinach was cooked to perfection. It had just enough crunch in it for me. The toasted english muffin was soft and sweet and the edges had that crunch that I like. I never experienced a flattened poached egg before so this was my moment of truth. As I stuck my fork into it and raised it to my mouth and took a bite. Thats when it all just made since to me. This dish was amazing and I encourage you to go to Wild Eggs on 121 South Floyd Street in Louisville Kentucky and give this dish a try.
