Every Edition of Iconique Magazine comes out on the 6th day of each month. Submissions closing date is the 1st day of each month.

We are committed to ensuring our valued contributors of Photographers, Models, Designers and Writers, receive the best possible experience. As we continue to grow, we will make  significant enhancements for our customers so that they will be proud to want to be a part of Iconique Magazine.

Once you complete your submission. This involves uploading your photos and signing the release form. Once this step is complete, we can schedule it for publication.

Iconique Magazine is based in the United States and has successfully published models from other countries. We believe that we are a leading publication in the fashion, beauty, and art and music industry. Our mission is to showcase the most talented and innovative emerging models, photographers and designers

When submitting to Iconique Magazine, please ensure that you adhere to the guidelines outlined in our submission guidelines. We review all submissions and retain the right to accept or reject them any Magazine or Opt-in Writers Submission. Prior to submission, photographers and copyright holders of the photographs must thoroughly review our release form. This form outlines the usage and intellectual property rights that must be assigned to Iconique Magazine upon acceptance in our submission form. Once your submission is accepted, the release form must be signed by the photographer and attached alongside the images. Failure to complete the release form before the deadline may result in the relocation or cancellation of the submission.

All submissions are welcome, and we reserve the right to assign accepted submissions to different categories within the magazine based on publication needs or space availability. While submissions are free, we also offer a paid plan for cover feature requests, allowing you to showcase your work as the face of our publication.

We place great importance on showcasing diverse perspectives and promoting inclusivity within the fashion and beauty industry. Therefore, we prioritize submissions that amplify underrepresented voices and strive to create a platform for them to be heard. We also welcome behind-the-scenes photos, videos, and fashion show videos, provided that they are not posted on any Social Media or Websites before the Magazine Edition is  released.

Please ensure that the images you submit are free from business logos and/or watermarks and include wardrobe and team credits such as MUA, Hair and Designer.  Submissions should comprise of 4-12 images depending on the Submission option you has chosen. If you exceed 10 images, we will select a maximum photos of the submission option you have chosen for publication, except for cover stories or special features. Please note at Iconique Magazine do not provide complimentary print copies, and we do not offer compensation for submissions. However, we will provide you with digital copy based on the Submission option you have chosen. Make sure your bio and all the information you provide is correct before uploading. If we have to make a correction after going to print, There will be an additional cost to make the correction. However, If we make the mistake we will gladly send you the corrected digital and hardcopies. copies. Please do not upload any ai generated photos and videos. All photos have to be professionally edited before uploading. If by chance your photographer does not edit, We can provide additional editing at an additional cost. 

By submitting your work, you guarantee that all models and team members are of legal age, 18 years or older. Submissions including minors will be regrettably rejected unless that issue is slated for the youth (under 18) to be published in the edition.
