Hello, I’m Carleica Rogers, also known as LeLe the model.

I’m excited to bring a fresh perspective to the modeling industry, and I’m looking forward to sharing my unique voice and vision with you. Let me start by introducing myself. My name, Carleica, is a combination of my dad’s name, Carl, and Aleica, a variation of Alicia.Its unique pronunciation is a deliberate choice, not a misstep, and that’s exactly what makes it truly remarkable. I’m 30-year-old model from a small town in West Tennessee, now residing in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, I’m eager to leverage my experiences to inspire positive change and empower others.When I was young I was always changing my mind on what I wanted to be when I grew up. With my many different interests it was hard to choose. My passion for working with animals, especially dogs and horses, has ignited a profound sense of purpose, fueling my unwavering determination to pursue a career in veterinary medicine and inspiring me to drive transformative change.

As I uncovered my creative talents, I empowered myself to learn how to sew, drawing inspiration from America’s Next Top Model, which also sparked my interest in modeling and motivated me to strive for exceptional excellence.I was driven to become a model, and throughout my varied interests and career aspirations, one constant remained: my unshakeable passion for fashion. From a young age, I took ownership of my wardrobe, embracing my unique sense of style and refusing to let others define it. My family has always noted that I had a distinct flair for fashion, even as a child. Over time, my love for fashion and creativity has only grown stronger, becoming an integral part of my identity that fuels my determination to push boundaries and achieve my goals.Over they years my love for fashion and creating things grew and never went away.That’s where I figured out I didn’t really want to be a fashion designer, but I still wanted to be in that type of field.I aspire to embody the confidence and charisma of the models on America’s Next Top Model.

Although my height prevented me from auditioning for the show, my passion for modeling has only intensified over time. I am deeply inspired by every aspect of America’s Next Top Model, from the challenges that push contestants to grow, to the opportunities that foster self-confidence and personal growth. As a shy girl growing up, I discovered my inner strength and confidence when I stepped onto the stage, surrounded by the thrill of the lights, cameras, designer clothes, and beautiful models. The magic of a runway fashion show is electrifying, but it’s essential to remember that there are many types of models who excel in this industry. From commercial and catalog models to plus-size and parts models, the world of modeling is diverse and inclusive, offering countless opportunities for individuals to shine and pursue their dreams. Embracing your unique look can certainly be an asset in modeling, but it’s not the only requirement.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate with others are essential qualities that successful models possess. If you aspire to be a model, focus on cultivating a growth mindset, being open to feedback, and building strong relationships with agencies and industry professionals.Though models face numerous challenges, their perseverance is truly inspiring. Few people appreciate the immense energy that modeling demands.

As a model, you will encounter many people offering advice on how to look, walk, and talk, but remember that doing what you love and loving what you do is paramount. Modeling is not a sprint, but a marathon that requires patience, dedication, and time from all involved.
