Kavon McGuire Hill is a powerhouse in both family and business. As a mother of seven and grandmother to 18, she has built a legacy rooted in strength, resilience, and purpose. Her journey began by managing her daughter’s modeling career at age six—eventually stepping into executive roles within her daughter’s music label at just 12 years old, overseeing artist development, distribution, and industry relationships.

Kavon transitioned into media, first as a podcaster for five years, and later becoming Director of Operations at an FM radio station—starting at Hot Talk Radio. Special thanks to Trapper John and Miss Venus, who played key roles in that chapter. Her voice and leadership have been heard and respected across the entertainment world, interviewing icons like Fabo, Dave Tolliver, and Lotto.
