If you are in the St Louis Metro Area, Its a must that you stop by Joe’s Pizza & Pasta in Fairview Heights Illinois to get you a slice of some goooood thick crust pizza.

I’m really not a big fan of having too many toppings on my Pizza. Just give me a cheese pizza and I’m good. I just enjoy a good tasting, old fashioned cheese pizza. 

I stopped in to Joe’s pizza to take advantage of their lunch specials that they had. I chose the Pizza and salad combo at that time. 

Just look at how thick that crust is. I just love a good moist and flaky crust when I order a pizza. I don’t really care for a stuff crust or a garlic infused pizza crust. Again, just give me plain and I’m good. 

The cheese was tangy and flavorful, baked to perfection. Those crafted pizzas be bussin’ 🤣

I can’t forget the house salad. 🥗 It was fresh and delicious and if you know me you know that I chose Poppy Seed dressing on my salad. One reason is because it is soooo good and the other reason is most people cannot eat it because of their job just might do a drug test on them. lol. 😂 

But all in all, it was good. A must try.
