Baja Fish Tacos: It consisted of Beer battered cod, spicy aioli, pickled red cabbage, cilantro on blue corn tortillas.

My first time visiting was a few years back but I can still remember ordering the Baja Fish Tacos and when I received my order I was amazed at what I saw. 

The fish was huge and not skimpy like a few other places that served fish tacos. These were massive and delicious. Fit just right for a King. 

Taco Luchador flavors are exceptional especially for taco lovers like me. Bold flavors is what I’m always going for when I’m doing a food review. The Fish Tacos was hot and tender with a subtle crunch of the beer battered crust made for an excellent meal. 

I added the Árbol Sauce to one of my Tacos and the Jalapeño Sauce to the other. Each one brought their own unique flavor to the tacos. 

The Sauces 🥫

The Arbol Sauce is a classic Mexican salsa made with dried chile de arbol peppers, garlic, and tomatillos, known for its smoky and spicy flavor, often used to add a fiery kick to tacos, burritos, and other Mexican dishes and it was delicious. It had a slight earth flavor. The taste the garlic and tomatoes just punched through and not to mention that it had a smoky flavor as well. again delicious. 

The Jalapeno Sauce is a combination of Jalapeños and four other ingredients. Onions, garlic, vinegar and water. It’s popular in Texas-Mex and Southwest Cuisines. 

Both sauce was a very fantastic addition to my already delicious Fish Tacos.  

I visited the one located at 112 Meridian Ave Louisville Kentucky (St Matthews) 

It has outdoor seating and the service is excellent.
