Nashville TN never fails to deliver some amazing breakfast spots. I stumbled on this spot by making a U-turn in my way to another location downtown Nashville.
I actually went in to this location to get a cup of coffee and to my surprise, they actually made a small amount of breakfast items. Intrigued by what I learned, I asked for a menu and one of the menu items that caught my eye was the Margherita Quiche.
They served it by the slice for $6.25. It is made of sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Baked to perfection. This was so delicious. It had me wanting another slice of this wonderful creation. Of all the ingredients on this delicious Quiche, I would have to give it to the Sun-dried tomatoes. The sweet but yet tangy flavor really did something for me. I wish I could have this everyday. The crust was hand made. Buttery and crunchy around the top edges and thick and moist at the bottom. The mozzarella and Parmesan cheese worked well together and made for a delicious Quiche and you know how I feel about “Basil”, It was the icing on the cake.
Pared with a great cup of coffee, this is definitely the place to come for a something delicious to eat for breakfast. Especially if you are on the go.
