If you are in Minneapolis Mn and you are looking for an amazing Thai restaurant, I recommend Khun Nai Thai Cuisine. We stumbled upon a true authentic restaurant gem. I never really been a big fan of Thai food but this place got me hooked. We had the Cha Manao, It’s a Thai Lemon Iced Tea and a Kafe Yen. It is a Thai Ice Coffee.
For the entree’s I had the Khao Soi. It consists of egg noodles in a curry chicken base with a touch of coconut milk soup. Garnished with fried crispy egg noodles, pickled green mustard and fried onions topped with green onions and cilantro.
Just so you know. The Khao Soi comes in several layers hot from mild to inferno which are numbered from 1 to 10.
I chose #6 thinking I could handle anything hot and I was proven wrong that day.
But believe me, even as hot as it was, it was very delicious and Yes, I will eat it again.
My guest had Yum Talay. It is a spicy seafood salad that consists of steamed mixed seasoning tossed with bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, cucumber and mixed Thai herbs with spicy lime dressing served over a bowl shaped bed of lettuce.
It was also described and a very delicious dish. Everything was well prepared and plated so beautifully.
Even the Thai teas deserve an award.
When I go back to Minneapolis, I’m definitely going to go back to Khun Nai Thai Cuisine.
