If you haven’t tried Sushi, It is time that you took a ride on the wild side. Most think that it’s made up of all raw fish. In fact, there are many versions of Sushi that contain mostly vegetables. You can also get your fish cooked and tempura ( Lightly battering and deep-frying the Sushi Roll). So give it try. – Iconique Mag
I just Love Sushi. So I decided on Drakes in Shiloh Illinois. I had the Volcano Roll. It is a California Roll topped with ground spicy tuna and topped with Black Tobiko. I also had a cup of Miso Soup. Its made with Tofu, Scallions and Seaweed in a Miso Broth. I really like the freshness and quality of the Spicy Tuna, the texture and seasoning was not over-bearing. The rice was tender. I like how they used the traditional short-grained rice. The Tobiko (Caviar) was an added touch. It helped balance the flavors and gave an additional texture on my palate. The presentation of the sushi, and overall impression of the dining experience is what I cherish the most. Often if it looks good, then by golly, It taste good as well. The service and atmosphere, while noting specific standout, Its still a great place to dine and enjoy some great Sushi.
