Grits and Greens for breakfast is definitely a true delight.
MUD HOUSE
Homemade Grits with Spinach and poached eggs in a bed of butter oil. Wow! It is heaven in a bowl.
I never been a big fan of grits and spinach so I figured I would be a little adventurous today and try it. After devouring the whole meal I can say that I am a fan now and truthfully I believe I can eat this for breakfast everyday.
This restaurant is located on the south side of St. Louis about 5 mins from the historic Anheuser Busch and Lemp Breweries.
