Omg. You all know that I am a big lover of salmon. So I had to try the deep fried salmon hash.
This is so delicious. The cream spinach has a smooth and nutty flavor. The hash browns give me that south comfort food feel I expect when I’m eating southern style dishes plus you also know I love potatoes on everything so having hash browns on this was a added treat to my taste buds. The creamy Cajun sauce has this subtle heat to it which really complement the crunchy deep fried salmon. The Salmon was not over cooked and was tender and delightful.
I really love visually appealing foods such as this.
With one of the highest prices on the menu, I must say that it is well worth it.
Milk and Honey is located on the west side of Atlanta where you don’t typically get an opportunity to enjoy fine cuisine like this. It like Milk and Honey I believe will be the catalyst for restaurants like this.
Great customer service and the host Nik makes the customers feel warm and welcome.
I am pleasantly satisfied and full.
You can’t forget the music. Their playlist reminds me of a backyard bbq definitely contributes to a family reunion type feel.
